I reserve the right to refuse a project if I feel uncomfortable to complete it.

The commissions are not on a first come, first serve basis. I will take the time to consider the project before accepting.

Please take into consideration that I have my private life and that the process can be slower, or that I may not respond immediately. I will still make sure to answer as soon as I can within a 3 days window.

Full payment is upfront, it must be submitted within 3 days after the sketch has been approved. The commission will be terminated if the payment is not made by the specified date.

“Half payment upfront” payment plan can be arranged, ask me for more details. No alternative payment plans will be discussed.

If I am not able to finish the commission, you will get a full refund.

You will also get full refund if you cancel before I start working on it otherwise there will be partial refund if cancelled after the work has started.

Providing visual references is mandatory or I will reserve the right to refuse your demand. The more, the better and anything that can help me visualize what you desire is highly appreciated (for example vague sketch for composition, pose references, outfits, ect.).
You must make sure that you are legally allowed to use or that you own any visual materials that you give me.

I will provide you a rough sketch with all the given information. During the sketching process, the number of revisions is unlimited. I want to ensure that it reflects your vision of the final product.

Once the payment is done, any major change will require an additional fee.

I will send a progress update at every major step of the project and you will have a maximum of 72 hours to make any feedback. Expect 1 or 2 WIPs from me before the final version.
SKEB/"Surprise me" type of commissions do not include any type of progress update.

I kindly ask of you that you remain communicative to ensure that progress goes smoothly until the end of the project. If I don't get any answer after I send a WIP for more than 3 days, I have the right to proceed without your input or it will incur an additional fee.
I may take the liberty of terminating the project should there be no response for 14 consecutive days.

When the final result is sent, small revisions can still be made (design mistakes, color adjustment, etc.)

Revisions after the order has been closed are not allowed, except for specific projects that were discussed beforehand.

Illustrations will usually take between 1-2 months depending of the type of work. Rush fees can be asked (start at +50% of the total price)
I will provide a high resolution work (minimum 2000 px and 300 DPI) with a simple background. A transparent background version with characters only will also be included.

Please credit me on social media or any place featuring the work.

All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission and you have paid for the rights to do so.
Using my work for NFT or AI art is strictly forbidden no matter the price.

You cannot retrace my art or claim as your own creation even if exclusive rights have been bought.

Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.
